This questionnaire is designed for the Owner & CEO (OCEO) of Small Enterprises (SMEs) to provide organizational information in a structured format for use by the Business Analyst & Coach (BAC) at aiHarbinger.
The information collected will support in-depth discussions, process analysis, and evaluation of business performance. Based on the inputs received through this and other assessments, discussions with stakeholders, and research conducted using public and organizational data, aiHarbinger will develop a customized Business Re-incarnation Program (BRP) for your organization.
As part of the organizational Self Discovery process, you will be requested to complete the following 3 questionnaires:
Organization Profile– To understand your organization's background, structure, products/services, customers, and business operations.
Strategic Management– To evaluate the organization's vision, strategy, leadership practices, planning processes, and performance management systems.
Digital Maturity – To assess the extent of digital adoption, technology utilization, process automation, data management, and digital transformation readiness.
The combined results of these assessments will help aiHarbinger develop a comprehensive understanding of your organization and identify opportunities for sustainable growth and business transformation.
