This role is suited for someone who enjoys speaking to people, understanding challenges, and converting those insights into practical solutions. You do not need to know every software platform, but you should enjoy learning new systems and using them extensively to improve outcomes.

Role Purpose 

Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients for digital transformation and management consulting services. The role is responsible for building pipeline, understanding client business challenges, positioning suitable solutions, and supporting deal closure. 

The role is commercial in nature and is not responsible for implementation delivery.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation & Prospecting 

  • Identify and qualify target customers 

  • Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and networking 

  • Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM hygiene 

  • Generate qualified meetings 

Customer Discovery 

  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects 

  • Understand business model, pain points, goals, and current systems 

  • Identify opportunities across consulting and digital services 

Solution Positioning 

  • Coordinate with internal solution experts to shape proposals 

  • Present service offerings and business value 

  • Support demos and capability discussions where required 

Proposal & Commercial Support 

  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and commercial documentation 

  • Follow up and move opportunities through the sales cycle 

  • Support negotiation and contract closure
