Role Purpose 

Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients for digital transformation and management consulting services. The role is responsible for building pipeline, understanding client business challenges, positioning suitable solutions, and supporting deal closure. 

The role is commercial in nature and is not responsible for implementation delivery.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation & Prospecting 

  • Identify and qualify target customers 

  • Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and networking 

  • Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM hygiene 

  • Generate qualified meetings 

Customer Discovery 

  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects 

  • Understand business model, pain points, goals, and current systems 

  • Identify opportunities across consulting and digital services 

Solution Positioning 

  • Coordinate with internal solution experts to shape proposals 

  • Present service offerings and business value 

  • Support demos and capability discussions where required 

Proposal & Commercial Support 

  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and commercial documentation 

  • Follow up and move opportunities through the sales cycle 

  • Support negotiation and contract closure

Role Purpose 

Lead customers through the complete transformation journey from understanding their business challenges to demonstrating solutions, designing future-state processes, implementing systems, and enabling adoption. 

You will work across different ERP platforms, business applications, workflow automation, analytics, and digital tools. 

What You Will Do 

1. Business Discovery & Solution Design 

  • Understand client business models, workflows, pain points, and growth objectives 

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews 

  • Perform process mapping and gap analysis 

  • Convert business requirements into solution blueprints and implementation plans 

  • Recommend process improvements before recommending software  

2. Product Demonstration & Consulting 

  • Conduct discovery calls and live solution demonstrations 

  • Explain business impact rather than software features 

  • Create tailored demos based on customer use cases 

  • Prepare solution proposals and scope documents 

  • Support pre-sales discussions and estimation activities 

3. ERP & Digital Implementation 

  • Configure ERP modules and business workflows 

  • Coordinate with technical teams for customization and integrations 

  • Manage testing, UAT, deployment, and Go-Live 

  • Support data migration and system adoption 

  • Ensure measurable business outcomes post implementation 

4. Customer Success & Continuous Improvement 

  • Train users and leadership teams 

  • Create SOPs, user manuals, and training content 

  • Track implementation success metrics 

  • Identify additional opportunities for automation and optimization
