Founder & CEO
Sanad brings approximately 18+ years of professional experience spanning across two startups and one large corporation. In his various leadership roles across implementation, sales and marketing; he was instrumental in the software purchase processes and also software implementation, migration and customization processes.
Over time, his role evolved towards integrating business strategy with successful software implementation. His work and thought leadership indicate a focus on helping organizations navigate digital transformation with the help of AI, improve decision-making, and align technology with business outcomes.
Sanjay Jha
Business Analyst & Coach (BAC)
He has spent a significant part of his career with leading organizations in the Tata Group and Mahindra Group, where he built a strong track record in organizational diagnosis and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
Parijat Suman
Business Analyst & Coach (BAC)
Parijat Suman is a seasoned management professional with over four decades of experience across consulting, human resources, and business excellence. As Principal Consultant at Multidimensions since 2019, he works on strategy formulation, leadership development, capability building, and digital transformation to drive sustainable growth.
He has previously spent over a decade at Mahindra & Mahindra, leading HR and Business Excellence for the Aftermarket Sector. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Rallis India and a long tenure at Tata Steel, where he contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives. He began his career as a mechanical engineer and now focuses on strategic advisory and organizational capability building.
