Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, implementing Odoo ERP solutions and working closely with clients to optimize their business processes across various domains such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, eCommerce, and more.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful project delivery while helping them unlock the full potential of Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Conduct customized demos to learn about customer pain points
- Understand client business processes, requirements, and objectives
- Analyze needs and propose optimal Odoo-based solutions
- Configure and implement Odoo modules as per business requirements
- Deliver end-user training and enable clients to become self-sufficient (“Odoo Champions”)
- Manage multiple ERP implementation projects (2–3 simultaneously)
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain clear communication with clients on project status and milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP / IT Project Implementation
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fast learner with a proactive and autonomous mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Affinity for technology and digital solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Passed Odoo Certification
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Functional knowledge of modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (API, integrations, workflows)
